Today's post is all about staying fit and healthy. We all have busy lives and sometimes forget to take care of us. I use to be the one who always waited till the end of the day to work out, by then I was so tired that I never got to it. I kept saying..tomorrow  is another day, but a week goes by, then months, and then even years and I still kept saying, I will workout tomorrow ... excuses...! Find the best time for you! So for me the best time is to go right in the morning after I drop my son off at school. Working out in the morning recharges you for the entire day, it gives you energy and makes you feel happier because you accomplished something ( TAKE CARE OF YOURSELF )!!! Find a workout buddy! I've never been motivated enough to go to the gym, run or do yoga, so I started working out together with my best friend. Last weekend was beautiful and felt like spring. If you follow me on Snapchat {FABULOUSTORTURE} you saw how I spent it. We took Anayan to the beach and Wild Willy's for some fun on the roller-coaster and bungee-jump trampoline. Afterwards, we went to the Track to ride go-carts, a nice lunch at Rockin Tacos on the Bardwalk . We had a busy, but fun and relaxing weekend! I'm obsessed with this  embroidery shirt  from Chico's. Hello dear followers! I just would like to start this post by saying that I have no idea what happened to my text in my previous post. I posted it on Wednesday with full text and it all disappeared yesterday, so I just reposted the outfit without the text. Pull-through braids are super easy to do, even for those who do not know how to braid.  1. I added one weft of IrresistibleMe hair extensions for a fuller look. Notice how I clip the weft in upside-down to my hair right above my ear line. 2. Tie your hair into a ponytail and take two strands from each side of the ponytail. Braid each strand. (These braided strands are going to be used later on to wrap around the pull-through braid, but you can also wrap them around without braiding them) 3. Clip the braids aside and start working with the remaining ponytail. 4. Separate the ponytail into two sections, a top section and a bottom section. 5. On the top section, slide down about two inches and add a hair elastic (create bubble) 6. Next make a hole in the middle of that two-inch segment, and reach through the hole pulling through the underneath hair section 7. Now move down another two inches on your new top strand 8.
