Happy Thursday everyone!  I'm so excited about the upcoming weekend. We're going canoeing with some of our friends, and for the first time taking our son. As I said, I'm excited, but also a little scared of alligators and poisonous snakes out there. I'll keep you posted of our little adventure on Instagram. Hello everyone! How was your weekend? My was pretty fabulous! I spent the entire day on the beach with my son and some of our friends on Saturday. I had to go back to work on Sunday, and when I got home my son finally learned how to ride a bicycle without training wheels. I was shocked, my husband said it took him literally 5min. I mean, is it even possible? Did any of you have a similar experience like we did? A couple weeks ago he didn't like the bike at all, and didn't even want to ride it with the training wheels. All the sudden he rides like a pro! My husband only showed him and help him couple a of times when he wobbled, and he just picked it up! I probably sound like I'm brag about it, but yes, I'm bragging about it, haha! I tried to pushed him into it before, but he didn't even want to try it. I'm getting back into shape! Since I've returned from Europe I have been kind of lazy and not motivated at all. I put on 10 lbs, and for me, that's a lot since I've never had a weight problem. When I was overseas, I ate a lot of unhealthy foods like fries and dumplings. Don't get me wrong, it was delicious! I was definitely enjoying all the fattening food, but it's about time to get back in shape! I used to love yoga, so I'm starting from the very beginning, with easy yoga poses to tone up a little. Hello everyone! I hope you all had a fabulous 4th of July weekend. We went to Crab Island during the day and had a great time on the inflatable obstacle course with our son. I felt like a child again. We got to jump, slide and wipe out. We didn't go to watch fireworks this year, instead watched a movie (While we're Young). The movie was ok, but most importantly we stayed at home, relaxed and didn't fight the traffic. I was wearing this super comfortable trench dress on Sunday to do grocery and play with Anayan. I've been looking for a dress like this for a while. Trench dress , or coat, is a huge trend right now, and will continue throughout the fall. I love that you can wear it casually with some sandals for a BBQ, or pair it with heels for an office look or a night out. Finally Friday is here! I'm sure some of you will go out of town for Independence Day weekend and some of you will just chill at home, watch fireworks and BBQ. I, personally, don't like the busy crowd and hassle to find parking! We go out every year, but this year we decided to stay at home, watch a good movie and firework from our house.  Below is a couple of my red, white and blue outfits to inspire you for the 4th.
