Aging – it’s something that each and every one of us inevitably has to deal with.  It only stands to reason that the older you become, the more diligent and dedicated you’re going to have to become when it comes to keeping your skin beautiful and healthy. As you start to  notice the first visible signs of aging, you’ll need to become more religious in regards to your skincare routine.  As we all know some aging is influence generically, but actually they say it's only about 30%, the rest is all on us. Take care of yourself - improve your health and skin! Clean up your diet and eat about 5-7 servings of fruit and vegetable every day. Another week starting and I don't know how we're in September already. I'm pretty excited to see the weather starting to change soon because in Florida it's still hot and humid. Over the weekend I tried to catch up on a few things and finally got my computer back, so I'll be ready to make videos again.
