Off The Shoulder TOP

Anyway, I love this Charlotte Russe off the shoulder top - it's basic but has a cute fringe ties and a nice print. It's black and white that you can get plenty of wear out of it, as it would much with anything! The quality is also super good for the price point - only $20.
